Users can report accounts directly from the app by navigating to a user's profile and selecting the "Report Misuse" or "Block/Report" options. Our moderation and safety team reviews all reports promptly and takes appropriate action.

4. Method for Addressing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

Any distribution, creation, or promotion of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) is strictly forbidden on Olakh Swapnanchi. If we identify, discover, or receive reports of CSAM on our platform, we maintain a clear method for addressing it:

• We will immediately detect and remove the violative content.
• We will permanently disable and ban the offending user accounts.
• We will preserve the necessary data and evidence related to the violation as required by law.
• We will promptly report the incident, including relevant user data, to the appropriate law enforcement authorities and/or relevant organizations such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or relevant local entities.
